What if I have an item that doesn't fit in a tote?
We can still store those items for you! We charge a $6/month (minimum) oversized fee and will definitely store them. Prices may vary depending on the size of the item.
How many totes do people usually use?
Most students use 2-3 large totes. You can always add more when you book.
Is there a weight limit for the totes?
Whatever size you choose, totes must weigh 50 lbs or less. If a tote is packed too heavy, you'll need to add another tote.
What if I only need to store things over the short school breaks?
We store at all times: Christmas break, summer break, the 7-week break, while you're off track, internships, missions, the week between semesters. Any time really, we've got you covered!
Do I have to provide my own locks?
Locking your stuff isn't required. Your security is our number one priority, so if you'd like a lock, bring your own for peace of mind that your items are safe.
Do you serve all apartments near BYU-Idaho?
Yes! We deliver to all apartments and student housing in the Rexburg area.
When should I schedule?
Schedule at least 3 days before you need totes delivered. The earlier the better: spots fill up fast before the semester ends!
How do I pay?
After we pick up and scan your totes, we'll send you an invoice for the totes you actually filled. You can pay by credit card or Venmo (@Offtrackstorage).
